By accessing and using Qelaro ("Service"), a product of Rdentia Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Qelaro is a digital queue management platform that enables businesses to:

Create and manage digital queues
Allow customers to join queues via QR codes
Send notifications to customers
Track queue analytics and performance metrics
Manage customer flow in real-time

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with limited features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Usage Limits

Each plan has specific limits on:

Monthly customer count
Features and capabilities

Exceeding your plan's limits may result in service interruption until you upgrade.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until then.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to queue management.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive communications
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Collect user data without consent
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rdentia Technologies Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RDENTIA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rdentia Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Termination
